We are going to start at Aristotelous square and make our way upwards while discovering all the important buildings, such as the church of Saint Dimitrios- who is the protector of Thessaloniki- and an early Christian significant monument,both for religious and historical reasons. •Unfold the history of rebetiko, the greek urban folk music that was born in the harbours, at the traditional Tsinari tavern! •Discover the hidden unesco monuments of Ano Poli,one of which, is the only one of its kind in Greece. •Visit the tomb of Musa Baba and hear about the urban chilling myth! •Everyone knows the blockhouse at the top which offers a breathtaking view. But who knows about the only one of the Byzantine monasteries that has survived to this day! • Discover the secret alley where there is a portal to a parallel world as the locals say. We start from my house. We ride the bikes and go at the seaside street. From there , we visit the most popular and beautiful tourist attractions of Thessaloniki. We will pass from the White Tower, Camara, the ancient Roman Forum, Rotonta, the palace of Galeriou , the old-Port. Other things to note Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Don't bring with you big bags , it will not be easy to carry it. Also you should know how to ride a bike and don't forget your good mood :)

We taste 3 different varieties of virgin olive oils from all Greece and we do food pairing with greek tastes and products. The participant is educated how to choose an extra virgin olive oil in the market and is in touch with this unique greek product, the olive oil, which is the base of the greek mediteranean diet. The experience has a duration of one hour and half. Other things to note Please it is important to finish your coffee and your tea 30 minutes before the olive oil tasting and avoid parfumes for not influencing negativement your sense of flavor and taste.
