In Budelli Island it will be possible see the famous 'Pink Beach' the only one in the world. Lunch on board will offred by the capitan with tipical sardish appetizzer and wine, pasta, sweet , coffe and tipical liquor . After that we sail i back to Palau crossing in the famous Bonifacio strict , the fifth strongest windy place in the world, in all saefty with the captain experience. we'll come back in porto around 17.00 I can accommodate private Charters for groups up to 10 sailors, contact me to schedule a private sailing for you and your friends. Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

We’ll set sail from the port with my sailboat and we’ll cruise in Alghero Bay, listen some music, enjoy some drinks together and bask in the glory that is a Mediterranean sunset aboard a sailing boat. You can choose to relax onboard or let me teach you how to manage the boat. One thing is for sure – the best way to finish the day is to take a dive into clear Mediterranean waters and cool off.

Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Ai passeggeri verrà offerta la possibilità di acquistare a bordo bevande fresche ! Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio. The daily cruise in the gulf that I propose to you differs from all the others that you can find, in fact during the cruise I will guide you to make extraordinary naturalistic experiences, you will have the opportunity to participate in various snorkeling tours I have guided you that I will take you to discover the wonders of our seabed rich in underwater life. Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

Dopo aver fatto questo breve esercizio di respirazione ci sdraieremo per un rilassamento finale scandito da un bagno sonoro con le mie campane tibetane, campane di cristallo, gong, tamburi e altri strumenti sciamanici. Voglio creare uno spazio sicuro e accogliente per le persone facendole sentire un senso di appartenenza, fiducia e libertà mentre ci rlasseremo a fine giornata. We will walk along the alleys and places of my childhood in the heart of Sassari, tasting the best local products. While I will reveal curiosities and anecdotes regarding the lifestyle of my particular home town, you will get acquainted with a new culture and food. During our walk, we will stop to have a drink in a local bar, just next to my house. The best part of this experience will be the visit at my private medieval cellar, where I store my own homemade wine and a fantastic Pecorino cheese (typical of this area) made by a friend of mine! The cellar is not normally open to the public, so you will have a unique access to it. You will not be disappointed by my cheese, I guarantee! Facilmente riconoscibile per la scultura di un delfino sopra uno scoglio in mezzo al mare , la spiaggia dello scoglio lungo è la nostra base di partenza. Scogliere rocciose a piattaforma , pareti strapiombanti e piccole spiaggette guideranno questo nuovo nostro tour . La costa irregolare e frastagliata si presenta ricca di insenature , nelle quali si aprono numerose grotte, armatevi di coraggio… la grotta dell’inferno vi attende. N.B. Per il rispetto dei fragilissimi habitat,delle normative locali e per la nostra e vostra sicurezza, non sarà possibile entrare nelle grotte con rischio frana.

La tessitura rientra tra quei mestieri affidati da sempre alla cura delle donne, che sta scomparendo, almeno dalle nostre parti. Con pochi gesti si recuperano millenni di sapere e personalmente la trovo una tecnica meditativa, un modo per rilassarmi. La tessitura è una parte molto importante dell'artigianato sardo, molto varia per motivi, colori e tecniche. Nel mio workshop vi guiderò alle tecniche base della tessitura attraverso una dimostrazione. I partecipanti saranno invitati a partecipare e provare l'emozione che si ha quando ci si sente di fronte al telaio. I materiali usati saranno tutti naturali e ovviamente forniti dalla casa. Durante il workshop sarò felice di comunicarvi tutta la mia passione e tutto il mio sapere riguardo la tessitura tradizionale sarda come si è evoluta e che futuro l’attende. durante l'esperienza vi sarà servità una merenda che potremo consumare insieme chiaccherando di tessitura tradionale

I will wait for you in my Antico Borgo in the countryside 16 KM from the city of Olbia, where upon arrival I will show you the property consisting of nine Stazzi (typical houses of the area), dating back to 1700. We will offer you a welcome tasting with our best products homemade. A Sardinian breakfast if in the morning or a Sardinian aperitif if in the evening. Then we will prepare an ancient pasta, teaching the secrets of the processing and embroidery of pasta, all in an exclusive place where it will be like going back in time. Ancient utensils and typical kitchen tools will be displayed and used. We will cook for you the pasta that you have prepared and that you will taste together with our homemade wine and a selection of products offered by us, including our cheeses and our bread. There will be a lunch or a dinner, depending on whether the experience is in the morning or in the evening. Other things to keep in mind went to all age groups. Even children aged 3 years and over can carry out the educational activities together with the group or family.

This trip will take you on a detailed tour of the Baunei Coast to Cala Luna, the furthest point we will reach. We will travel with a maximum of 12 people + the skipper (Cristian or Francesco). The tour may vary depending on weather conditions, the number of beach presences, and crew conditions. - We are at 8:15 at the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, in front of the port bar, pier D. Check-out is at 8:30 am When sailing, we will break the journey with some photo stops: Pedralonga's spire, the extraordinary waterfalls of Baus, the Grotta dei Colombi and the beach of Goloritzé are just a few of the many attractions that this coastline has to offer. We will descend to the beaches of Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Luna for about 1h 30’, with an order that can vary depending on the period, chosen due to the sun hours and the flow of tourists, factors that vary during the season. Between stops, we plan to visit the Grotta del Fico (+10€ Adults, +5€ children) , to enter the heart of this limestone coast. A nice swim stop in the waters of Cala Goloritzè will refresh us before you return. On our way back we will visit the coves of Portu Cuau and Portu Pedrosu, the famous fjords developed between the walls of Cape Monte Santo. The return to the port is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm.

Join me for a Hatha Yoga class at this breathless location by this little gem Beach called Cala Murr’e Porcu. If the wood beach platform is reserved for events (weddings, various reservations...) the Yoga class will be held in the splendid setting of Parco dei Nervi wood platform Waterfront.
