Exploring the Waters of Tolantongo
We will meet at the "Angel de Independencia" between early morning to escape the city chaos. Our group will have private comfortable transportation. We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination.
The day is divided into three parts.
Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.”
River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting).
Cave Exploration: Finally, you will see awe-inspiring waterfalls and unexpected adventure that our guests have described as “life changing.”
We will head out by 5:30PM arriving between 9-10:00PM, full of new experiences and photos to share with envious family/friends.
Injuries, while rare, may occur during an outdoor exploration. This experience includes water, creating slippery walking surfaces near the pools and river. There is a bonus cave (optional) with low clearance –be aware of height to reduce risk of head injury. There is inherent risk with any outdoor activity. See the Floating Avenue & detailed Chapultepec in a bike
Explore Chapultepec Forest on foot and by bike to get to know one of the biggest parks in the world and learn about the history and culture of this wonderful place. You have the help of a local who shares his country with many visitors and a bicycle to lighten the effort.
Our meeting point will be at Chapultepec Parking, where I will give you an urban bike with helmet, lighting and reflecting vest that you will have at your service.
You will get familiar with the bike on a safe initial tour of the central camel or sidewalk of Paseo de la Reforma, we will enter the Park and drive directly to Chapultepec Castle.
We will walk up to the Castle showing you the interiors and admiring the murals and works of the National History Museum.
We will be biking for lunch at the Porrúa cafe where I will invite you a full meal and drink overlooking Lake Mayor.
We will continue to ride the tour to the Forest and the Zoo and from there we will leave for Los Pinos, to walk through the presidential house.
We will roam the new Floating Avenue to take in the scenery of this area of Mexico City, and tour the second section to visit the Environmental Culture Center.
We will ride back at the meeting point.

We will discover the flavors and history of Mexican cuisine through learning about ingredients and how to make rich salsas.
If you have little to no experience in cooking, don't worry. With some insider tips from the chef, you will be surprised how accessible and simple Mexican street food can be to prepare!
By cooking different types of foods from different regions of the country you will get a better understanding of the uniqueness, and strong relation whit corn Mexican food have.
Every dish we prepare can be be vegetarian or vegan, just let us know! In the process you also discover how easy will be to recreate this dishes back home.

After cooking we will sit at the table to enjoy the food that we made together, in the Mexican tradition of sharing. You'll have the option of either Mexican craft beer or mezcal to accompany the meal. Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

Live Lucha Libre night with a real fan
1) We'll meet up in a convenient location for you in the Roma/Condesa/Juarez area.
2) Taco dinner nearby: I recommend this BEFORE we go to the Arena (but if you'd rather after, that's possible)! I'll take you to a popular taco spot and we'll have a bite & drink together.
3) We'll then head to Arena México and have time to see the masks. I'll help you bargain for one if you like, and I'll start to explain the basics of Lucha Libre so you know what we're about to see and do.
4) We'll head in and watch the show together! Please note not all tours offered on this site actually go in with you but I do and comment throughout so you can appreciate what's going on! I'll also teach you the right chants so you can really get in on the action!
5) Optional Fridays: If you're up for it, I invite you to add on a bonus activity (no extra cost!) which is going to Patrick Miller nightclub afterwards. This is a unique Mexico City gem! It involves high-energy music (similar to 80s style) and dancing in a really special scene. I'll explain and guide you so you can get the most out of seeing the amazing dance circles, hard core "Patricio" fans and if you're brave enough, even join in the dancing!
Other things to note
Lucha libre is more a show than fighting so don't worry about it being too violent. In fact, this experience is very family friendly!
If you prefer a partying vibe, I recommend Patrick Miller after!
Make tacos al pastor with a chef
During this experience, you will learn to cook the famous "tacos al pastor" with my dad, a professional instructor and culinary artist, who will share his tips and recipes with you. We'll meet at the local market to buy ingredients and learn more about Mexican spices and food. Then we'll return to my family home, where you will learn how to marinate the meat for the tacos. You will prepare red salsa, green salsa, and guacamole, and make your own tortillas on the traditional Mexican "Comal"—a smooth, flat griddle. At the end, we'll put everything together to make the tacos, sit and enjoy what you have prepared, and learn a little more about Mexican gastronomy.

We will send later, the recipes through email. You can take the class in English, Spanish, or French. We can also offer a chicken and a vegetarian version.
⭐ Eat Like A Local By: The Taco Mensch ⭐
We will start off the day in an organic Tortilleria and watch the whole process of making tortillas from scratch, learn about the story of the nixtamalization process, and how deeply maiz is embedded in the Mexican culture. We will continue on a walking tour through the charming Condesa and Roma neighborhoods, discover and taste a wide variety of authentic regional tacos from across Mexico, and learn about their history. We will also explore a local market where you will learn about some of the staple ingredients used in Mexican cuisine.
There is no better way to wash down tacos with a delicious agua fresca or a cold beer. We will finish with amazing Mexican coffee and artisanal chocolate.

The tour is very dynamic, we can mix and change attractions as the tour goes on. I can also accommodate the experience for different dietary restrictions.

Xochimilco: Explore the neighborhood, flavors, drinks and boat trip in a beautiful Trajinera
Xochimilco is a World Cultural Heritage Site thanks to its rich history and culture. Our tour isn't just about partying; we blend history, culture, and nature for an enjoyable experience that's both educational and fun. First, we'll visit the Cathedral, built in the 16th century. Then, we'll explore the main market where you'll find piñatas and a variety of products, including fruits and vegetables. After that, we'll head to a typical pulqueria to try "pulque," an ancient pre-Hispanic drink with 4 degrees of alcohol, made from fermented agave sap. Don't worry if you don't drink alcohol; we have non-alcoholic options as well.
We'll wrap up with a relaxing 1.5-hour boat ride on a "trajinera" through beautiful and peaceful ecological waterways. In the lake, you'll have the chance to see local fauna like ducks and herons. We'll enjoy a delicious lunch of quesadillas on the lake, with options including meat, vegan, or vegetarian. We'll also learn about agriculture and the construction of the floating islands known as "chinampas," which are still used for cultivation. Exploring a replica of the "Isla de las muñecas," we'll delve into ghost stories in Xochimilco. Plus, we have more activities like loteria games and candies!

Once aboard, we will head to the amazing place of Xochimilco, here we will sail through its rivers and while that happens around us we will have a mariachi show.
After that we will move to Coyoacán we will start our visit by touring its streets, believe me that it is a magical place that I am sure you will be fascinated, we will have times to tour the Coyoacan market, something that makes this place incredible is that throughout the tour you can take the best photos.
We will go to a cafe called Jarocho, here you can taste a churro plus a cup of chocolate and coffee.
Finally we will stop by to visit Frida Khalo's blue house, we will wait while you make your tour to after that give you time that you can go to lunch, here I'm sure I'll give you some recommendations, once finished we'll leave you at the point we picked you up, it's an incredible experience.

We will start the day at 7:30AM at our meeting point located in the heart of La Condesa (Parque México at 7:30AM)
Then we will go to our ABUELITA’s house Where my family will be waiting for us with CHOCOLATE CALIENTE, CAFE DE OLLA and PAN DE DULCE.
We will go to the Pyramids where it will be our pleasure to share the history and help you to understand why our ancestors decided to build this magnificent city. We will also help you take photos at the best angles.
At 12pm we will go back to our ABUELITA’s house where they will be waiting for us with a delicious MOLE ROJO made with more than 52 ingredients and a delicious MOLE VERDE created by our mom.
Then we will start the PULQUE TASTING, where you can taste the drinks that with a lot of LOVE AND PRIDE we produce in our FAMILY (4 Types of Pulque)
Finally, we will go back to Mexico City arriving approximately between 3:00pm and 4:00pm (PARQUE MEXICO)

We offer you an exiting and unique group tour experience only in English in the archaeological site of Teotihuacan. (Excellent for Team building activities)
We will provide comfortable transportation in the morning from your place or close to it (if your place is located in less than 6 km from the meeting point or less than 12 minutes drive) and then we will depart , from the meeting point.
We are going to visit the 3 main Pyramids "The Sun, the Moon and the feathered Serpent temple. (It is not allowed to climb some of the pyramids).
If you are fearless we will continue our tour to the most fascinating activity, which is exploring the underworld (mystical caves). We will have a ligt lunch inside a cave excavated by the Teotihuacans 2000 years ago, where they offer traditional Teotihuacan food (tlacoyos).
