Mrs. Marcella and her wonderful gardens in the Villanova district, the lord of the castle's capers , the residences of the old Spanish bourgeoisie and many viewpoints where to take fabulous pictures: just to mention a few things that will accompany us. We will visit the historic center (and the beaches if you like): we are not a driver and a passenger. I would like to share with you the luck of living these places. You will come back from this experience with many photos, a coffee in your stomach, several laughs and with the wonderful feeling of having lived Cagliari not as a consumer but as a traveler. Please consider that: if you want to visit old town but also beach area..book for two hours and then notice me! We will walk and ride a Jeep trough the rows of our vineyards located all over the territory of Sorso and I will host you in my wine cellar where, at the end of the trip, we will experience how the landscape becomes wine trough the guided tasting of our products. During this experience I will show every aspect of my life as a wine grower, and I will share every productive process that brings our wines to life, from the countryside to the bottle! Other things to note The route can be customised according to the needs of guests. The trip and structures are also suitable for peaple with disabilities. Four-legged friends are welcom.

Our day begins at 10am in the morning, as we set sail in the lovely Alghero Bay. We will spend the day visiting unique and unspoiled places in an eco-friendly sailboat. Having spent years exploring the waters off Alghero, I know of all the perfect spots. The cruise includes ample time for snorkeling, swimming, sightseeing, and relaxing. Also included in the afternoon is a homemade Italian lunch, paired with a good wine, and followed by a delicious cup of fresh coffee.

This experience is not the usual, commercial tour where you will feel like a dumb passenger on a boat powered by an engine!!! With us, you will experience a real hands-on sailing tour on a fast cruiser-racer sailboat, a Beneteau First 33.7. This boat has a vast sail wardrobe which allows us to reach the most beautiful coves of the area under sail, either in a light breeze or in more windy conditions: we guarantee the engine will be used only in absence of wind; and, best of all, Paolo, the experienced skipper, will show you how to steer and trim the sails. When we meet, Paolo will explain some basic safety rules, and then we will start the tour. The suggested destination is the "Devil's Saddle" promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and, during the summer, will swim with you to discover the secret “Purple Cave”. While sailing, you will admire breathtaking landscapes and cliffs, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is gifted with light winds, making it ideal for a stopover in calm waters (which is ideal for swimmers), whereas the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in stronger winds. In case of wavy seas, anchoring and swimming might be not possible due to safety reasons.

Farai parte di un escursione in kayak che ti porterà a conoscere alcuni tra i posti più belli della Sardegna. Partiremo dalla spiaggia dei Baracconi, conosciuta per le sue acque trasparenti e cristalline. Da qui, ci sposteremo verso la zona costiera e tutte le calette adiacenti a Cala Moresca, dove , se saremo fortunati, avremmo modo di ammirare i numerosi cinghiali selvatici che al caldo d'estate amano passeggiare sulla riva. A Cala Moresca scenderemo dai Kayak, li ormeggeremo e ci godremo una pausa con un bel bagno e dello snorkeling di superficie tra i magnifici fondali che la caratterizzano, ricchi di pesci e stelle marine. Dopo esserci rivitalizzati ,lasceremo questa magnifica caletta e punteremo la nostra rotta verso l'isola di Figarolo, famosa anche per i mufloni selvatici che la popolano . A lato di questa isoletta paradisiaca, raggiungeremo un allevamento di pesci in mezzo al mare, conosciuto principalmente per la colonia di delfini che è solita circumnavigare la zona. Dopo aver cercato i delfini, ci fermeremo sulla spiaggia dell'isola di Figarolo e ci godremo la magnifica vista di cui gode il posto, oltre le diverse varietà di pesci e uccelli che la caratterizzano. Infine, dopo un piccolo aperitivo nell'isola risaliremo sui nostri kayak e ritorneremo verso casa. Per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta, contattatemi e sarò a vostra disposizione

Potrete vedere come si produce il tipico pecorino sardo, dal primo step della colatura del latte fino alla formazione della forma di formaggio. Nell'attesa che la cagliata sia pronta potrete gustare un aperitivo con salumi e vino di produzione propria. Assisterete all'arte della caseificazione che ancora si conserva e si tramanda per generazioni e che permette di produrre uno dei cibi più genuini della nostra regione.

In the welcoming "JubaHouse" laboratory house in the heart of the city of Cagliari, in the Castello district, you can spend few hours immersed in an atmosphere of colours, flavours and scents of the island. With your hands in contact with mother earth you will be guided to the realization of some bowls with the primitive nuragic technique of manipulating clay. The scent of the essential oils produced by the plants of this wonderful land will make us enter a sensory atmosphere of peace, the background music will accompany our journey, at the end of which you can enjoy a fantastic Sardinian tea break, with some local products and Mediterranean home made infusion. Do not worry about the sudden arrival of friends who come by to say hello, you can ask what are the best destinations or places where to eat and where find the best memories to take home. The workshop is held together by mother Jubanna and her son Lorenzo if the group need English. We’ll visit Cagliari’s most important market and enjoy the taste of local products, meet our fishmongers, butchers, dairy and fruit & veg merchants, and discover together some truly Sardinian gastronomic traditions. I will let you discover and taste some typical products and almond-based desserts. The visit will end with a gourmet tasting of ham and cheeses, at one of the Market’s stands. The visit to the market and tasting will take about 1,5 hours. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or food intolerances. If you can’t schedule a visit on a preferred day and time, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I suggest to get to Market by foot or taxi as there aren’t many parking spots in the area.

Join me for a Hatha Yoga class at this breathless location by this little gem Beach called Cala Murr’e Porcu. If the wood beach platform is reserved for events (weddings, various reservations...) the Yoga class will be held in the splendid setting of Parco dei Nervi wood platform Waterfront. The way to reach this spot is just amazing which makes this Yoga experience even more special. It is possible to combine holiday rental & Yoga retreat.

Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio. In base alle condizioni meteo potrebbero cambiare le soste o l’itinerario o il viaggio potrebbe essere annullato anche all’ultimo momento In questo tour si naviga a vela solo se le condizioni di sicurezza e la direzione del vento lo consentono.

Kayaking is one of the most enjoyable ways to discover one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the island of Sant'Antioco. Slow sailing, crossing under the coast, between the nooks and the small caves, will allow you to fully enjoy the experience. The shades of the water from the green to the brightest blue, the unexpected changes of rock, from limestone to basalt, and the rejuvenating stops in small hidden coves will make your visit unforgettable.

We will journey along a provincial road through a theater of irresistible panoramas suspended between the sea and the mountains, until we reach the final destination after approximately 50 minutes: Montresta, a small village born from 50 Greek families. Here, a local family will be waiting for us to start a splendid Cooking Experience deeply connected to the traditions and people of Montresta, farm-to-table. You will enjoy as active part to make some of the typical Sardinian products such as pipiriolos, malloreddus, culurgiones, and traditional sweets. Stories and legends will be with us during a rich tasting after the Cooking Class, in a family-friendly feeling. After lunch, we will take a walk in the wonderful nature and into small village of Montresta, amidst murals and magnificent panoramic viewpoints.

Salpa con me, scopriremo la costa di una delle città più belle del Mediterraneo. Veleggeremo lasciandoci alle spalle il castello di San Remy e i suoi colori, ci fermeremo sotto le falesie calcaree della Sella del Diavolo fluttuando su un mare verde smeraldo. Scopriremo la leggenda nascosta dietro questo promontorio sul mare. Dopo un aperitivo rientreremo ammirando la città dal mare. Sono nato nella città di Cagliari e fin da bambino ho amato il mare. Voglio portarti a scoprire qualcosa di veramente bello, offerto dalla natura che ci circonda, ponendo una particolare attenzione sui colori, sui profumi e sapori della nostra terra. Partiremo la mattina alle 9:00 e ammireremo dal mare la città di Cagliari, e con un pò di fortuna vedremo i delfini che abitano all'interno del porto. Veleggeremo lungo l'antico borgo di Sant'Elia, famoso per i suoi pescatori, per poi arrivare alle varie spiagge. Verso le 10 ci fermeremo dietro la Sella de Diavolo, per ammirare la sua maestosità, il suo mare cristallino le sue grotte e magari farci un bel bagno. Verso le 12:00 partiremo per rientrare al porto di Cagliari.
