It is the longest continuously running ballroom in the USA (I think). If you like to dance, hear big band music or just see some great old buildings it is a fun and nostalgic place. Never mind the odd serving of beer and popcorn... It is huge and elegant Check their website for bands. Not in the best neighborhood so be aware.

Supposedly the best place to dance in St. Louis. It also has live music on the weekends.

Iconic, deco styled interior with a "floating ballroom" is a long time favorite of St. Louis seasoned and beginning dancers. Swing and Lindy hop predominate the weekends; catch a beginners lesson on most weekends. The locals embrace new dancers and will get you up and dancing in no time!
