In this museum are collected the memorabilia of Donizetti's life, including letters, family memories, autographed pages and the piano of his wife's family, on which he composed his famous arias. The museum is located in the Domus Magna, a crossroads of artists and writers, formerly the seat of the music school where Donizetti himself studied.
