Just off the A36, the café is good for meals as well as coffees and teas. Rather fun to hire out canoes or motor boats to go out on canal. A really beautiful place to see

There is a car park here and a cafe as well as a place to hire cycles if you want. There is an excellent walk all the way to Bradford on Avon along the Kennet & Avon canal towpath. You can also stop at Avoncliffe where there is a pub with a garden on the river (on the other side of the lock) and a cafe too (mostly open in the summer months).
