i) "Phở trộn" - Phở mixed with chicken meat in soya sauce, fresh papaya, and a bowl of soup on side (highly recommend) ; ii) Northern style Phở - chicken soup with chicken; - Nothing beat a hearty bowl of chicken pho for breakfast ! iii) Sticky rice with chicken, fried onion, chopped cucumber. - Don't underestimate just by the ingredients, the dish in short is simple and done well. Tips: you can ask for parts of chicken such as thighs, wings, young egg ("trứng non").
