Beach club restaurant and bar, event venue and shopping plaza. Akiin has a nice menu and is a great place for beachside lunch and for a sundowner. They also have a beachside massage spot.

Our favorite shopping destination on the beach road. Akiin has a really good selection of boutiques (art, clothing, bikinis, jewelry, menswear, etc). Paid parking is available here (a rare thing on the beach road). From here you can walk along the beach road and find many additional boutiques too.

This is my favorite "beach club" in Tulum - you only need to order a drink or some food and not have to pay a large cover. They also have amazing outdoor massage ask for Betty!
