A 3 minutes brisk trek up a gently sloping road take you to a panoramic view of the city.. Roseau is an old French Town with English accents. Set on a river delta the city is the largest area of flat land on the Island of Dominica. Well preserved by law, Verandas still over hang the streets from it's post Victorian architecture. Its an easy town to manoeuvre with a host of friendly strangers..always willing to point out directs to a stranger..
