Just up the road from the Restful Roost sits the greatest bbq brisket sandwich on God's green Earth and it's waiting just for you. But if brisket's not your jam, try anything on the menu. You won't be disappointed.

Family owned restaurant offering Texas Style Brisket, Pulled Pork, St. Louis Style Ribs, Tri Tip, Sausage, Chicken, Pork Belly & Turkey. Smoked with traditional custom built Texas offset smokers, fired only with locally sourced Pecan wood.

If you like BBQ, this is a wonderful place to eat. It is our new favorite because the meats are so tasty! Note: this place is NOT open on Sunday or Monday.

Everything about this place says authentic southern slow-cooked bbq. Owner is a retired Navy officer who brought his Mississippi bbq skills to Tucson. Tri-tip, brisket, and 1/2 lb smoked burgers, and pulled pork are some of our favorites. They are constantly adding items to their menu, such as a superb key lime pie. Restaurant is spacious, about 20 minutes away, and family owned. Best bbq in Tucson by far.
