Great vietnamese coffee "cafe sua da" (strong coffee with condensed milk). They also offer great vietnamese sandwiches "banh mi".

If you want a quick breakfast I’d recommend the breakfast croissants they have here at this restaurant. They’re cheap in price but the croissants are so good.
