This special place is housed in a medieval Abbaye. The food and ambiance are amazing and worth the fairly steep price!

Set within the walls of the ancient Benedictine monastery this is, in both our & our customers’ opinions, one of the best restaurants for an evening meal in the Aude, offering a choice between à la carte or the great ‘value for money’ menus where the latter usually comprises a five course delight for around €44 per person. Really cosy & classic atmosphere, great service and a good choice of quality food to suit all tastes. Definitely a treat not to miss, not open on Wednesdays and you may need to book
