When I use to travel to Hong Kong I would always head straight to this Sheung Wan cafe directly from the airport. Fast forward three years and Cupping Room has expanded to now four locations, including most recently a flagship Roastery space in the very trendy area of Po Hing Fong. Three years ago I noted in my travel journal how great the cup of coffee was from here. I also noted that they were leading the speciality coffee industry in Hong Kong, through coffee experimentation, education and all round coffee excellence. I still believe they are at the top of the game, headed by Friend of mine Dawn Chan - Hong Kong Barista Champion 2014 and 4th placed World Barista Championship 2015.

Enjoy fresh brekkie made on the go - would definitely recommend their eggs Benedict with prosciutto ham.

Nice contemporary cafe. Looking for a good cup of coffee? Their Batista has won the HK barista championship TWICE! Oh and also their brunch are exceptional, especially the avocado on toast, YUM!
