The coffee shop across the street from Melabúðin. It’s the only one of its kind in Iceland and very popular. They have excellent coffee and a type of croissant with almond-marzipan inside that’s really good!

Really good bistro/bar/ restaurant 10 minutes walk from here. They serve great soups, omelettes, toasts, salats and cakes.
