This is an amazing place to see views of sunrise or sunsets and spectacular at night to watch the city light up. Fun drive up the mountain with some great resting spots. You can also horseback ride if you like

This is one of the largest city park in the country. There are many trails. Mormon Trail up to Fat Mans pass and Hidden Valley are little known POI even to locals. Mountain biking, horseback riding, running, picnics and sight seeing are popular activities. Google this place to find more details.
