My favorite ramen place. There is a line because it is so small so go early or late or expect to wait outside

Like a traditional Japanese ramen, this narrow, below-street-level noodle joint is designed for quick meals. Most seats are along a counter, behind which the chefs crisp pork slices with a propane torch and tend to bubbling stockpots. They serve arguably the best ramen in the entire city! Be prepared to wait. Try non-peak hours, such as 3-6PM or later in the evening after 9PM; it will still be a wait, but is worth it!
