This is very much like the vegan Buddhist restaurants I knew from China, and is the go-to spot for that fare. They also make really delicious chai, and I recommend going just for that.

Owned by some sort of bizarro global cult, but the franchise is run by the friendliest man in Portland and they have a full menu of 100% vegetarian and vegan food.
