Though a bit farther away than other recommendations, Sabletine's is worth a mention. In my humble opinion, these the city's best pastries (by far). Don't forget to try their chocolate chip cookie or their croissants.

French Pastries and more! Mostly a bakery but also a great little spot for lunch. Limited menu offered but all is wonderful.
