Gambassi Terme is the Centre of the 'Parco Benessere' (Well being Park) a newly created eco-friendly area which includes the famous Francigena hiking trials now opened for guided hikes or on horseback. There are walks every Sunday morning in summer at 8.30 to many local curiosities such as hermits caves, waterfalls and the old aqueduct. Gambassigena is a unique event, an emotional journey, to gain in knowledge and explore the tastes of the territory. May 1 to September 23 - 'Gambassigena' offer guided excursions on foot, horseback and e-bikes on the paths of Via Francigena. Craftsmen open their workshops, and there are guided tours in farms. There are also local events, courses and tastings of typical products.
