It’s a chocolate factory in Red Hook where I go for pure cocoa butter imported from the Dominican Republic. It’s the ingredient that makes aromatherapy butters, balms, and creams feel so luxurious. And they do their own distillations right in the factory. Join the tour to see how a raw fermented cacao bean moves from farm to bar.
