Formerly Known as Squaw Valley, now as of summer 2021 has been renamed to Palasades Tahoe. Great resort for the individuals or family that have experience skiing or riding. This resort is in the Alterra Mountain Company Network, and will work with your IKON Pass.

This is my most favorite place to snowboard. The resort is HUGE and the runs are very wide and free. If you're adventurous and skilled, the side country access is also fantastic! If skiing/snowboarding is not your thing, it's still tons of fun with a large village area filled with restaurants, bars, and shops to keep all ages entertained. You can also pay to take the arial tram up to mid-mountain for some fantastic views. Summertime is also fun for hiking and mountain biking!
