Ruins of the last great city state of the Mayans, Mayapan should not be missed.
Known as the last great Mayan capital, inhabited just before the Spanish conquered the region. It is dedicated to the feathered serpent god, Kukulkán. Here you can still climb the temple and other major ruins as the site is not over populated with tourists. There are also two noteworthy cenotes nearby, Nah Yah and Noh Mozon, that you can visit during your trip.

Another archaeological site, wear comfortable clothing shorts, tennis shoes for a lot of walking, hat, get drinks in the city is cheaper. Public transportation is not so good, for an extra charge we can take you there, it's like an hour driving, but it's worth it.
