Panorama roof top terrace on top of the park inn hotel. Terrace is open for public with a nice view of the Berliner TV Tower and the city.

take the elevator to top floor and pay EUR 3,50 for a amazing view over berlin - they offer drinks and a sun chair

The alternative to the more expensive Fernsehturm: You get access to the roof for only 3 €. Fernsehtum is 12 € (I think). You can also jump from the roof (and survive) for about 80 €.
