Chef Mario Espinoza,does "foam food" which s much better than this sounds. Also simpler breakfasts, including NYC famed "cronuts" .H.R breakfast, if adventurous the dinner.

You can choose the multicourse tasting menu with or without wine pairing, or a la carte. Each course is beautifully presented. Foodies come from afar to experience the gastronomic dishes. Be prepared as the experience comes at a cost. Dinner reservations recommended.

For a special night, you simply can’t beat K'u’uk. Housed in an old colonial mansion off of the Paseo de Montejo, the tasting menu is filled with creative and gorgeous dishes made of local ingredients. If Michelin awarded stars to restaurants in México, this one would be a contender.

It is a must go. Culinary arts, amazing architecture and a great view of the Monumento a la Bandera. It is a fancy and could be a $$$ but if you celebrate a special time and would like to do something amazing. This could be a great option. Get directions to Romulo Rozo # 488 Colonia Centro, Mérida Yucatán. Se pictures for walking directions to this spot.
