Muzej Mimara is art museum in the city center. It is situated on Roosevelt Square, housing the collection by Wiltrud and Ante Topić Mimara. Its full official name is the Art Collection of Ante and Wiltrud Topić Mimara.
The museum is based donation Ante Topic Mimara and open to the public in 1987 . The holdings comprise 3,750 works of art of various techniques and materials, and different cultures and civilizations . There are about 450 pictures and drawings of famed masters of various school , then about 200 sculptures from antiquity to the 20th century .
