Did you enjoy the coffee we left for you in the kitchen? If so, get yourself down to Kafiex Roasters and experience more of the best coffee direct from the source! The owners are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet and you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who knows more about coffee. They take great care in their coffee selection, only buying coffee that is certified organic and fair trade, and also support charitable organizations that provide assistance to women coffee farmers in third world countries. Be sure to tell them you're staying at The Middle!
