Natural beauty ,clear waters and awesome snorkeling experience. If you are lucky, you might swim with a nartule. If you didn't see a turtle during the day, you can stay until late and see them laying their eggs. Dafni beach, belongs to the national marine park of Zakynthos. The road is long and a bit difficult, but worths the effort!

A real hidden gem of Zakynthos. A little lovely beach, especially if you are traveling with small children or if you like snorkeling. There are small waves, the water is shallow and clean and there are places with shade . The entrance in the sea is quite rocky, so you'd probably need special shoes, but after the first two meters, the sand is nice and smooth. Make sure to bring your snorkeling equipment...There you can see the turtle nests. Unbelievable Nature’s place.

The beach of Dafni belongs to the village of Vasilikos and is located 18 km southeast of the city of Zakynthos. It is a heavenly, long sandy beach with a magnificent view of the bay of Laganas. Opposite is the small uninhabited island, Pelouzo. Its waters are shallow, calm and blue. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas available for rent. It is one of the beaches where Caretta - Careta turtles give birth to their eggs. The beach of Dafni belongs to the National Marine Park, so the protection measures are very strict. There are no water sports. Be careful driving to Dafni because the read is steep and rough.

One of the most visited beaches by sea turtles to lay their eggs. Sandy beach, clear blue water. There are many small and very good tavernas to enjoy good freshly made food, juices, beers the lot!
