Frelard (West Fremont/Ballard boarder): 20-25 min walk down hill to the West. Hale’s is the longest running, continually locally-owned brewery, of any size, in the Pacific Northwest, and indeed one of the oldest in the entire U.S. Wonderful beer & good food selection, including simple, delicious, El Camion tacos! Hales also allows kids in their brewery as do most microbreweries in the area.)

Ballard's oldest brewery, churning out such local favorites as the SuperGoose IPA, Hale's Kolsch, and El Jefe Weizen! They also feature the locally-famous El Camion Mexican food truck 7 days a week!
