The famous SBTB is an opportunity to experiencing the taste of Indonesia and the ambiance of Jogja at night. I would recommend you to taste Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken) with Nasi (rice) and Sambal Mentah (Chilli). Also order Wedang Ronde (Ginger Drink) if present.
