They have a city overlook that lets you go to the top and see everything around town! Just head toward the elevators and there should be signage. It's free!

This building houses almost everything it takes to manage a city and a county. Ask the guards or at the information desk for the elevator that takes you to the very top. They have a little bit of a museum with history of Indianapolis on display, but the whole city is on display out the windows, 360 degrees. See the whole city in 5 minutes!

Check out the hours first but you can go to the top of the building where there is a historic museum of Indianapolis and the view of the city is awesome.
