This is my favorite food place in Orlando. It's a bit (think 20 minutes) off the beaten path, and not necessarily en route to anything else but the food and the atmosphere (laid back, and off the beaten path) are so worth it. Never had anything bad here and they have a massive list of beers on tap that rotates. It was started by a group of friends and this comes through - people are here for fun, and to make good food and serve good beer.

Opened in January 2012, Gnarly Barley is the realization of three young guys ambition to provide the community with a great place for food, beer, and company. Located in South Orlando on the cusp of the Belle Isle community features an extensive sandwich menu, specials, featured brunches, and beer dinners. But really we're here for the beer. Gnarly Barley features 16 taps, 1 beer engine, and an extensive bottle/can list of frequently rotating beers, ciders, and meads.
