Super Instagram worthy spot w/ killer aesthetic, delicious coffee and bites to eat! Their avocado toast is soo good. Occasionally they’ll have a food truck out front. Great place to relax or study/work.

Two miles from the AirBnb and opens at 8:00. Cool spot with coffees, teas, and some breakfast-y items like oatmeal, toasts, and granola.
