In my opinion the best, most accessible, reliable and easy to visit Vietnamese restaurant in HK on the island. Also budget friendly. Try the Pho Tai, the suckling pig, fish salad rolls.

Yummy fresh and authentic Vietnamese home cooking. Try the Beef pho, spring rolls and Porkchop with rice or cold noodle dish.
