Do you like to laugh really hard? Do you like to make memories that will last forever? Do you like getting into popcorn-throwing/stuffing/dumping fights with strangers? Then this theater is for you! Me and my mom have seen one show a year for my entire life. The adult jokes really do go right over the kids heads! Warning: You will have popcorn in your hair, purse, bag, etc. This is one of my favorite places on earth.

Squeezed into the corner of a two level strip center, this 30+ year, intimate theater offers locally produced casual comedies, melodramas and musicals that emphasize audience participation. Be prepared to throw popcorn, yell at the actors or sing a long. Day and early evening shows are family friendly. Late night performances after 10 PM are usually more adult orientated due to language and costumes.

Throw popcorn at the villain and cheer on the good guy in this interactive theater. The Pocket Sandwich Theater is rumored to be reopening soon. You will want to book your seats before you go and have someone claim the front or second row as soon as the doors open for the night. I recommend buying extra popcorn (which is very inexpensive) because it makes the experience extra fun. Insider tip: cover your glass with a napkin and poke a straw through it so you don’t get popcorn in your drinks.
