Lynx lake is a bit of a drive from here but its a great place to cool off with a swim, hike around, or go fishing!

Lots of covered picnic opportunities with a beautiful view of the lake. Folks use it for fishing, and kayaking. No swimming allowed. There is a 2 1/2 mile shoreline trail all around the lake.
