You will ba able to use the interactive displays at the Lava Centre to discover the colossal and complex natural forces that shape the Earth and began to create Iceland tens of millions of years ago.

Lava Centre is a new, very interesting exhibition about the history of volcanoes and earthquakes in Iceland through the centuries. In the same house you can also find a restaurant and a souvenier shop, with for example items from 66 North, handmade wollen sweaters etc.
