After Le Bistrot and L'Écailler, the gourmets of the 11th arrondissement ('hipster' and 'Foodista' style) have set their sights on Le 6 Paul Bert, and with good reason! Find fresh, spontaneous cooking from a chef hailing from Quebec. The flavours are sometimes unexpected but the chef always has everything in hand. A real treat. (Michelin Guide)
