Established in 2010 by "Golden Boys" Jim Caudill and Bob Stillnovich, Golden Distillery is the first small-scale distillery to open in Skagit County. After two years of research, development, testing, and refining, Golden Distillery opened its doors for business in October of 2010. Jim and Bob have over 50 years' of combined restauranteur experience and both adopted a common passion for distilling upon retirement. They live on Samish Island with their wives, who introduced them.
