Soriano - Located off the main square down a few steps beside the main cathedral in a labyrinth of subterranean storage tunnels, this venue is hugely atmospheric and offers a menu of local specialties like panzanella (bread and tomato salad) freshly prepared and delicious. One of my favorites!”
