Richard, the owner, has to be one of the most passionate 'Patissier' I have met. He puts a lot of love (and butter...) in his baking and the results are incredible. I go religiously for croissant and pain au chocolat every Saturday and they really are some of the best available. His products are always home made (never frozen like many other patisserie) and range from viennoiserie to small cakes/desserts, macarons, slabs of chocolate... I really can't recommend this place enough. If you love it too, and are in town for long enough, ask about signing up for a cooking class, Richard offers small group lessons regularly throughout the year.
