The Bradley Hare in Maiden Bradley (under 10 mins drive away) is a gorgeous pub made over and serving great food in lovely surroundings. Read Jay Rayner's review in The Guardian on line. Cosy, great service, and lovely gardens. Milk station outside and village shop and post office recently opened opposite where you can buy provisions and scoff a great pasty!

Maiden Bradley. Delightful laid back restaurant and pub. We and other guests have enjoyed really good food and great service here. About 9 miles from the cottage.
