Favourite hole in the wall/cultural experience curry spot. Not for the fainthearted. They only take cash and you can sit down or take away. They only make a limited quantities per day and get pretty busy over lunch times. Unfortunately not open at night.

A Brief History of Bunny Chow The history of Durban‘s bunny chow is shrouded in mystery. This hollowed-out loaf of white bread is filled with a selection of different curries and beans, and has been a local delicacy since the 1940s – but no one is quite sure who created it. Let’s take a closer look at the story of this unique South African dish. Goudens is rated as the best bunny in KZN and possibly South Africa! If you coming to Durban this is by far the best bunny you can eat.Do not leave durban without visiting here.
