This is the best liquor store in Glenwood Springs (according to Rachel and Bryce)! They have a top-notch selection of everything and reasonable prices. The owners are super nice and knowledgeable, and give great recommendations. If you are around on Fridays or Saturdays, there is probably a free wine tasting, too!
