At COLT we cook our foods carefully, in giant steel smokers with genuine hardwoods, ensuring each item is permeated with rich smoked flavors that typify the American West. Amazing brisket sandwiches. Ask for 1/2 and 1/2!!! That’s lean and fatty ( full flavored) meat.
