This is a quiet/peaceful lake full of swans and other wildlife. It’s very pretty and makes for a nice place to take a stroll.

Nice relaxing spot. Great for bird watching. So many different varieties of birds. Swans, Pelicans, Cranes, Storks, Ducks etc. Have in mind as soon as u approach the park the birds come to u just in case u have lil ones that tend to get scared quick.

Go visit the Swans who are descendants of a pair that was given Lakeland by the Queen of England.

Swan nesting season is from February through March each year at Lake Morton. It is a great opportunity to see these magnificent birds mate and produce the next generation of their species. If you choose to go and visit the neighborhood, please be respectful, use caution and keep your distance from animals. If you are travelling around Lake Morton to pay close attention to the posted 20 mph speed limit and to be vigilant.
