The Long Walk is an historic 3 mile avenue from Windsor Castle to the Copper Horse Statue. Catch a glimpse of the deer herd amongst ancient oaks.
Approximately 3 miles long with the ‘Copper Horse’ at one end and the castle at the other. Fabulous views.
A great walk, with fairly level path from back of Windsor Castle to the "Copper Horse" Takes about 2 hours.
An impressive three mile long tree-lined avenue beginning at the George IV Gateway at Windsor Castle and ending at the magnificent Copper Horse statue. Magnificent views and a lovely walk. Stop for a drink at the Two Brewers Pub before or after your walk, which is located close to the George IV Gateway.
