If you love Pau Vodka you will enjoy this Tour, which is across from the Hali'imalie General Store which is very popular in it's own right. $10 per person, unless you can find a coupon somewhere.

Another distillery option with paid tours. They rely more on pineapple, as opposed to sugar cane that the Ocean Vodka guys do.
