A Dutch bruin cafe without music generally but a great patio to sit and talk with friends and people watch. Order the typical Dutch snacks like bitterballen (deep fried balls with meat paste filling, better than it sounds) and kaasstengels (deep fried cheese in a sort of spring roll wrapper).
