Thermal pools - find as many of them as you can! Hot tubs, saunas, steam baths, cold tubs, slides and swimming pools. It's the all Icelandic way. We love it and go everyday of the year. *The trend now is to go to the hottest tub (42°+) and from there to the cold tub and stay for 1-3 minutes. This back and forth routine is sure to set you straight for the day or the best nights sleep. Said to work wonders for ache, inflammation, hung over, arthritis, lymphatic and immune systems.
